Order payment can be performed via the following options:

Payment can be performed by any Visa and MasterCard cards. Commission is 0-4%.
• Yandex.Money
Payment can be performed by Visa and MasterCard cards, as well as from the balance of another wallet. Registration in the system is not required to perform payment by Visa and MasterCard cards. To pay from the balance of another wallet registration in the system is required. Commission is 0-2%, depending on the chosen payment option within the system and the availability of registration.
• Sberbank Online
Payment via Sberbank Online. Commission is 2%.
• PayPal
Payment can be performed by Visa and MasterCard cards, as well as from the balance of another account. Registration in the system might be required to perform payment. Commission is 3-5%, depending on the payer country and payment currency.
• QIWI
Payment can be performed by Visa and MasterCard cards, as well as from the balance of another wallet. Registration in the system is not required to perform payment by Visa and MasterCard cards. To pay from the balance of another wallet registration in the system is required. Commission is 0-2%, depending on the chosen payment option within the system and the availability of registration.
• WebMoney
Payment can be performed by Visa and MasterCard cards, as well as via Sberbank Online or from the balance of another wallet. Registration in the system is not required to perform payment by Visa and MasterCard cards, as well as via Sberbank Online. To pay from the balance of another wallet registration in the system is required. Commission is 1-4%, depending on the chosen payment option within the system.
• Western Union
Payment can be performed by Visa and MasterCard cards, as well as by cash transfer at service locations. Registration in the system is not required to perform payment. Commission from 1% and depends on the transfer amount, more details on the website of the system.

NOTE: Accounts for payment will be sent along with your order invoice. If you are performing order payment via Western Union, please don't forget to tell us the transfer number and sender's first and last name in Latin letters.
Orders shipping to any country is available via the following options:
• Post, without tracking
Term of order shipping from us to the client from 15 to 45 days. This term does not include order shipping from the factory to us, as well as order manufacturing time, if it's required. Term of order shipping from the factory to us is 7 days on average. Parcel needs to be received personally at a local post office. We do not carry any responsibility for any lost parcels sent via this option.
• Airmail, class "A"
Term of order shipping from us to the client from 10 to 30 days. This term does not include order shipping from the factory to us, as well as order manufacturing time, if it's required. Term of order shipping from the factory to us is 7 days on average. Parcel needs to be received personally at a local post office.
• Courier express service EMS
Term of order shipping from us to the client from 4 to 16 days. This term does not include order shipping from the factory to us, as well as order manufacturing time, if it's required. Term of order shipping from the factory to us is 7 days on average. Parcel will be delivered by a courier to the specified in the order address.
All shipping options, except post shipping, have the ability to track location of the parcel. Tracking number will be provided after we ship the order. WARRANTY: We offer a 10 year warranty for cracked and broken rings. It means, that if you accidentally drop your ring and it cracks or breaks, we will replace it free of charge. For this you need to contact us, in the message specify the order number, product model and provide photos, that will clearly show the damage. Then the product should be sent back to us. After we receive the product, we will order a new one at the factory. After we receive the new product from the factory, it will be sent back to the client's address. Payment for the product shipping back to us, as well as for the secondary shipping of the product from us falls on the client. If the ordered ring has a custom made laser engraving, then in case of an exchange the engraving will have to be paid again.
EXCHANGE: If your chosen size doesn't fit, we will exchange it free of charge. For this you need to contact us, in the message specify the order number, product model and the required size. Then the product should be sent back to us. The product has to be in its original packaging and without any traces of usage. After we receive the product, we will order the size required for exchange at the factory. After we receive the required size from the factory, the product will be sent back to the client's address. Payment for the product shipping back to us, as well as for the secondary shipping of the product from us falls on the client. If the ordered ring has a custom made laser engraving, then in case of an exchange the engraving will have to be paid again.
ORDER CANCELLATION: Cancel already paid order and get a full refund is possible only within 24 hours after order payment. After 24 hours after order payment, it will be forwarded to the factory and its cancellation with a full refund will become impossible. If you want to cancel the order anyway, then the refund will be possible only in the amount of 50% of the order total cost.
